One Clear Record for Each Item

How to Complete the Recipient List

Use the completed example as a guide, then check your final file against the products and quantities in your order.

  1. Use One Row for Each Item

Give each physical item its own reference. If you order three awards with different wording, enter three separate rows.

  2. Identify the Product

Include the product SKU and the selected size or variation SKU where known. Record the colour, ribbon colour and personalisation method where relevant.

  3. Enter the Exact Wording

Use the recipient, award title and engraving line columns to show the required text. Leave unused fields blank. Avoid instructions such as “same as above”.

  4. Check & Upload Your File

Check every row against your order quantity. Upload the completed file through the product’s available recipient-list field, or follow the instructions supplied by our team.

Artwork & Logo Files

Preparing Your Logo

Vector EPS or PDF artwork is preferred. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest quality original available for assessment. Our team can advise whether redraw work is required.

Avoid screenshots or images copied from a small website preview. Use the logo filename column to identify the correct artwork, then supply the actual file separately through the available upload field or the method confirmed by our team.

Before You Send

Check Your Final Details

  • Match the number of rows to the number of individually personalised items.
  • Remove or replace all example information before submitting your file.
  • Check names, dates, award titles and product selections.
  • Clearly identify different logos or wording layouts.
  • Only include information needed to personalise and fulfil your order.

Your recipient list provides production information. It does not replace artwork approval where a proof is required. Check all wording, fonts, layout and sizes before approving production.
