All sizes, volumes and capacities provided are approximate. Variations may occur between products, and we are not liable for differences in size or scale. Due to the nature of manufacturing processes, some variation is unavoidable and beyond our control.

Product designs, finishes and colours may also change without prior notice as a result of manufacturer updates. While we endeavour to keep all information current and accurate, descriptions and specifications are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Before your order proceeds to production, we kindly ask that you carefully review the artwork proof provided. Please advise of any required amendments or confirm approval by signing and returning the email. Once approval has been given, any subsequent changes will incur additional costs.

For all engraved and customised products, Corporate Awards & Trophies cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within the details supplied by the customer. It is essential that all spelling, wording and information are thoroughly checked before approval. While we make every effort to identify potential errors, we are not liable for inaccuracies that have been provided or approved.

All personalised, custom-made, engraved or modified items are non-refundable once production has commenced, including cases where the product is no longer required, or a change of mind occurs.

For orders involving corporate awards, plaques and similar items, a digital artwork proof will be provided prior to engraving. This proof will display your selected item with the requested engraving for final review. Production will not begin until written approval has been received.

Once artwork approval has been confirmed, Corporate Awards & Trophies accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions contained within the approved proof.

An order is deemed an order once payment has been made and approved by the bank and in our account. For your order to be initiated instantly please make payment by Credit Card which can be done online, in person, or over the phone (Please note that this may incur a surcharge).

If paying by direct deposit please allow 1-2 working days or allow 7-10 if paying via cheque for the payment to be approved by the bank and in our account. Please note we do not control bank payments going through and delays may occur out of our control.

Any additional fees charged by your bank affecting the transaction are your responsibility.

All items are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We do not accept returns of any kind after 14 days from the original purchase date. All return requests must be submitted within this period and are subject to approval.

Products that are specially made, custom-made, personalised, engraved, printed or specifically ordered from suppliers are not eligible for return. Once an item has been customised or approved for production, it cannot be resold or reused, and therefore cannot be returned.

For standard items, any approved returns must be received within 14 days of purchase and must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. A restocking fee of 25% may apply to approved returns where applicable.

Corporate Awards & Trophies reserves the right to decline any return request submitted outside the 14-day period.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the item confirmed on your order, please contact Corporate Awards & Trophies within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] or calling (02) 8318 7784.

To assist with the assessment of your claim, please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Clear photographs of the product; and
• Photographs of any damaged packaging where applicable.

Upon review of the information provided, Corporate Awards & Trophies will determine whether the issue has resulted from transit damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error in production.

Where a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the item;
• Replace the item with an identical or comparable product; or
• Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not practical.

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. Return instructions will be provided by our team. Where the claim is approved, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Corporate Awards & Trophies.

This policy applies to both standard and customised products where the damage, defect or error is attributable to Corporate Awards & Trophies, our suppliers, or the delivery process.

This policy does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage or handling after delivery;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Minor variations in colour, finish, material or dimensions that are inherent to the manufacturing process;
• Errors in artwork, spelling, wording or information that were supplied or approved by the customer during the artwork approval process; or
• Claims reported outside the applicable notification period.

For the avoidance of doubt, personalised, engraved, printed, custom-made or specially ordered products remain non-returnable for change-of-mind purchases, but may be repaired, replaced or refunded where required under Australian Consumer Law.

For purchases made via PayPal, if an order is cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind and not as a result of our error, the PayPal transaction fee (approximately 2.8%) is non-refundable. All refunds remain subject to the general returns policy outlined above.

We reserve the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Changes may be made to reflect updates to our business practices, legal requirements or website functionality.
