Terms & Conditions

Every reasonable effort has been done to display accurate prices, images and details of the listed products on this website. Should an inconsistency occur between the websites contents and the products you receive, you are permitted to return the product, provided you conform to our returns policy.

Sizes, volumes, and capacities are approximations and we’re not willing to be held responsible if an item is larger or smaller then what is displayed. Every product may vary, this is impossible to avoid and out of our control.

Changes to the design and/or colour of the products may happen as an outcome of variations made by the manufacturer without preceding notice. This is not within our control. All descriptions/information are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy although every care is taken.

By purchasing a product, you also consent to any terms and conditions laid down by the payment gateway being used in the transaction.

Spelling & Layout

For your job to commence production we kindly ask that you proof read this artwork advising any alterations, or if approved, sign and return email. Please note, any changes made after signed approval are subject to additional costs.

On engraved products, no obligation can be taken by Corporate Awards & Trophies for any errors made by the customer in ordering their items. Any product that has been personalised, custom made, engraved or modified for your requirements is not refundable in the case you decide it does not meet your purpose or you have a change your mind after the product has been customised.

  • Ensure your spelling is correct;
    • we try our best to pick up mistakes you may have made but we have no responsibility for incorrect spellings of words that you have provided or approved
  • If you have ordered from our range of corporate awards, plaques, or any selected item, before any engraving is commenced, we’ll send you an artwork approval proof that denotes the item with your engraving shown on it.
    • Engraving is not started without the digital proof approved by you in writing on all awards where an artwork approval proof is sent.
    • Once approved, we take no responsibility for any mistakes on your part.

Payment Terms

An order is deemed an order once payment has been made and approved by the bank and in our account. For your order to be initiated instantly please make payment by Credit Card which can be done online, in person, or over the phone (Please note that this may incur a surcharge).

If paying by direct deposit please allow 1-2 working days or allow 7-10 if paying via cheque for the payment to be approved by the bank and in our account. Please note we do not control bank payments going through and delays may occur out of our control.

Any additional fees charged by your bank affecting the transaction are your responsibility.

All items are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We do not accept returns of any type after 14 days from the initial sale.

Any goods specially made, custom made or specifically ordered in from our suppliers are not eligible for return.

If we engrave, produce, or print something after it has been approved, it cannot be used by another customer or resold, therefore we cannot accept returns of a product that has been personalised.

All returns are to be requested and if approved, they are to be returned within 14 days from purchase and they must be in original condition with no personalisation or damage to packaging.

Approved returns will trigger a re-stocking charge of 25% where applicable.

The business reserves the right to deny returns after 14 days have passed since the purchase date.

Paypal Refunds: If you choose to make a purchase through Paypal and change your mind and request a refund or cancel an order due to no fault of ours, the PayPal of 2.8% of  absorbed by us you originally paid as the buyer will not be returned. also subject to our general returns policy above.
