Engraving Fonts

General Engraving (Diamond Drag and Rotary Engraving)

Below are examples of our preferred engraving fonts. These fonts have been carefully selected for their clarity, durability and overall performance in diamond drag and rotary engraving processes. Due to the mechanical nature of these engraving methods, certain font styles reproduce more effectively, resulting in cleaner lines, consistent depth and improved legibility.

Using fonts that are specifically suited to engraving ensures a professional finish across a wide range of materials, including metal, plastic and coated surfaces. Intricate or overly fine fonts may not engrave as clearly and can affect the final appearance of the product.

If you have a particular font in mind that is not shown, please contact our team for advice on suitability. We are happy to review your artwork and recommend the best option to achieve the highest quality result.

Digital Engraving

Digital engraving processes such as laser engraving, sandblasting and UV printing offer far greater flexibility in font selection. Unlike rotary methods, these techniques allow for the use of virtually any font style, including intricate, modern and highly detailed typefaces.

If you have a specific corporate font or require a font that is not part of our standard library, you can supply the font file with your artwork. If we do not already have your corporate font on file, sending it through ensures accuracy, consistency with your brand guidelines, and the best possible outcome for engraving or printing.

Our team can assist in reviewing and preparing your files to ensure they are suitable for production and achieve a high-quality, professional finish.
