How Long Will My Order Take?
Production times vary with the product, quantity, material, decoration method and current workload. Use these estimates as a starting point and confirm the timeframe for your particular order with our team.
Standard Personalised Awards
Usually 2–5 business days
From artwork approval, subject to stock availability, quantity and the engraving or printing required.
General Engraving
Often 1–2 business days
Subject to the item, material, quantity, engraving process and current production capacity. Confirm timing before bringing in an item.
Custom Medals
Approximately 4–5 weeks
From artwork approval, subject to the confirmed design, quantity, finish and manufacturing requirements.
Acrylic Honour Boards
Approximately 21 working days
Subject to the design, artwork approval, materials and production schedule. Installation is only included where specifically quoted.
Timber Honour Boards
Approximately 3 months
Subject to the design, timber, finish and manufacturing schedule. Confirm the project timeframe when requesting your quotation.

Confirmed with your quotation
Materials, fabrication, engraving, paint filling and finishing can substantially affect production time. Ask for a project-specific estimate.
These timeframes are indicative, not guaranteed completion dates. Production requiring artwork approval begins after approval and any required payment arrangements are complete. Delivery time is additional unless expressly included in your confirmed schedule.

Engraving, printing, assembly and finishing take place before dispatch. Allow additional transit time and discuss your delivery location with our team.

Urgent Award Orders
Urgent orders may be possible depending on stock and production capacity. Contact us before ordering so we can assess your deadline and discuss suitable options.
- The exact date and time you need the order.
- Product code, size and quantity, or acceptable alternatives.
- Final wording, recipient names and logo artwork.
- Collection or delivery preference and location.
Please wait for confirmation of an urgent deadline. Placing an online order or selecting a delivery service does not itself confirm that production can meet your presentation date.
Completion & Collection
Production Time Is Not Delivery Time
A production estimate refers to preparing your order. Courier transit is a separate stage and depends on the destination and delivery arrangements.
Collection can be arranged from Sydney CBD or Riverwood, as confirmed with your order. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
If your presentation is approaching, discuss collection and delivery options with our team before finalising the order.

Changes after artwork approval may incur additional costs and affect your completion date.
